I'm Lisa, the heart behind Ritmo Nómade. For the last 8 years I've lived a nomadic life across 60+ countries, studying yoga and teaching in Asia, Central America, the Caribbean, Europe, and South America.
My teaching is rooted in breath — sometimes fiery and dynamic, sometimes soft and restorative. I love weaving strength and softness, flow and presence, to guide people back to their own rhythm.
My practice is guided by breath and by curiosity. Living and teaching across the world has shown me that yoga looks different for everyone — every body, every age, every culture, every day. Some days we move with fire and energy, other days we rest and soften. I see Yin and Yang not as opposites but as partners — strength needs softness, movement needs stillness. What I share is an invitation to explore this rhythm and find the practice that feels alive for you.
My practice today is about weaving those polarities into something whole. It's not about chasing perfect shapes, but about creating a space where each person can feel into their own rhythm — their own breath, body, and presence.
